To provide you with a better futures trading experience, the MEXC Futures market will undergo a system upgrade. During the upgrade, futures trading can be conducted normally. The specific upgrade schedule and impact scope are as follows:
Futures System Upgrade Period:
October 12, 2024, 00:30 - October 12, 2024, 01:30 (UTC)
Scope of Impact:
During the upgrade, futures users may encounter failures when attempting to register for events.
During the upgrade, futures trading data and margin change details may be missing.
During the upgrade, the copy trade function may not work properly.
During the upgrade, in the case where a trader has closed a position but the follower’s position remains open during the upgrade, the follower can manually close the position within 2 hours after the system upgrade is completed. If the follower has not closed the position after 2 hours, the system will automatically close it at the market price.
During the upgrade, there may be failures in querying copy trade assets and total assets on the web version, and failures in querying total assets on the app version.
During the upgrade, transfers between futures and spot accounts may be delayed.
During the upgrade, your futures positions, orders, and executed trades may experience brief delays in displaying data.
During the upgrade, you may encounter abnormal prompts when placing orders.
During the upgrade, K-line charts may experience brief delays.
If you encounter such issues, the impact is expected to last no longer than 10 minutes. We recommend trying again after 10 minutes.
Important Notes:
During the upgrade, features such as crypto buying, spot trading, deposits, and withdrawals will remain unaffected.
Please manage your futures positions and orders in advance to avoid unnecessary losses.
We will announce the completion of the upgrade work as soon as possible.
In the event of significant market fluctuations prior to the upgrade, the platform will adjust the upgrade schedule based on market conditions and provide timely announcements regarding any postponements or extensions. Please refer to the official website announcement for the latest information.
