MEXC Notice Regarding Futures System Upgrade During 23:30-23:35, August 26 (UTC)

Dear MEXC User,

To enhance your futures trading experience, MEXC Futures will undergo system upgrade and maintenance during 23:30-23:35, August 26, 2022 (UTC). The estimated time required for the upgrade is 5 minutes.

During the upgrade, users’ pending orders will remain unchanged. Web and App users will be able to transfer assets (please expect some delay during the upgrade, and refrain from multiple clicking of buttons), however, actions such as opening/closing positions, canceling orders, and take-profit-stop-loss will be unavailable. Features such as crypto purchase, spot trading, leverage, ETF, withdrawal and deposit will remain unaffected.

We advise all users to manage their positions and orders prior to the system upgrade to prevent unnecessary losses. A further announcement will be made, and futures trading will be resumed to normal upon completion of the system upgrade. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.

In the event of volatile market conditions prior to the system upgrade, MEXC shall assess the situation and postpone the system upgrade if required. Any postponement shall be announced in a further notice. Kindly refer to the latest notice on MEXC official website.
