1. Why You Need to Activate Tokens
MEXC currently supports transferring tokens from many different networks. Some of these networks have specific stipulations and transfer protocols. In order to transfer crypto on these specific networks, a certain amount of their network tokens must be manually added to the target address before the transaction can continue. If these networks' native tokens are not manually added to the target wallet address before transferring, the transaction will fail. Holding the requisite amount of native crypto in the target wallet "activates" the address and facilitates the successful transfer of funds.
2. How To Check Whether a Token Address Has Been Activated
When you withdraw tokens from MEXC, the system will automatically check whether the token address is active. If it is not active, you will receive an alert when you withdraw your tokens.
