How to Report Stolen Funds Transferred into an MEXC Account

If you have been a victim of online theft, and the stolen funds were transferred to an account on MEXC, you can click on [Report Abnormal Funds] to submit a report ticket and provide the following information:

1. Detailed timeline and explanation of the incident.
2. A screenshot/video of the withdrawal from your account's wallet for MEXC to confirm that you are the owner of the compromised wallet.
3. Transaction details, including the compromised wallet address and the MEXC address that received the stolen funds.
4. All blockchain TxIDs involved in the circulation, along with explanations (please provide TxIDs with redirect links):
For example, TxID of the transaction from wallet address A to wallet address B: XXX
TxID of the transaction from wallet address B to MEXC account address: XXX

Notes:
1. Based on the provided information, MEXC may temporarily freeze any assets suspected of being stolen in order to ensure the security of the assets.
2. To keep the assets frozen, you must submit a ticket through [Report Abnormal Funds], and a law enforcement request must be submitted within 48 hours. Please use the following link to submit a law enforcement request, and the platform will process your request promptly:
  a. Law Enforcement Request Submission Link: https://www.mexc.com/support/requests/legal
  b. If law enforcement requires more time to submit the request, MEXC may, at its discretion, extend the freeze period after you provide a valid police report receipt.

After receiving a valid law enforcement request ticket, MEXC will directly cooperate with law enforcement officers to address the stolen funds and attempt to resolve your case as much as possible. Please note that MEXC may not be able to share detailed information about the investigation with you. You can contact the law enforcement department directly for the latest updates.
