<title>Terms and Conditions</title><ul><li>By participating in this event, users are deemed to have read, understood, and agreed to the Terms and Conditions of the event.</li><li>Participation in this event is limited to the main account only. Sub-accounts cannot participate as independent accounts. Trading volume and related data from sub-accounts will be combined with that of the main account for final calculations.</li><li>Users can only receive a single reward for the same type of event on MEXC within the same time period. Repeated rewards will not be issued.</li><li>The value of rewards may fluctuate due to market conditions and may increase or decrease at any time. MEXC is not responsible for any changes in reward value resulting from market volatility.</li><li>All reward winners are subject to MEXC's risk review prior to the distribution of rewards. Users who do not pass the review will not receive rewards, and rewards will not be reissued. - This event is only open to new users from the European, English, Latin American, and Vietnamese communities who sign up through the designated KOL's referral during the event period.

- Users must click the "Register Now" button on the event page to be eligible for the event. Only deposits and trades made after registration will count toward the calculation.

- Futures trading volume includes both opening and closing positions. Futures trades executed using bonuses or with zero fees are excluded from the valid trading volume calculation.

- Net deposit is calculated as total deposits minus total withdrawals during the event period. Supported deposit methods include on-chain deposits, fiat deposits, card deposits, P2P trading, and third-party payments. Internal transfers are not eligible.

- Rewards from this event may not be combined with rewards from other similar events on the platform. In cases of overlapping participation, any rewards previously issued under similar events will be deducted prior to the final reward calculation. MEXC will conduct a unified review, and duplicate participation will be determined based on the referral source associated with the sign-up page.

- Eligibility for rewards is subject to MEXC's risk review. Users who fail to pass the review will be disqualified from receiving any rewards. MEXC reserves the right to determine the final outcome of all reward distributions.

- Rewards for the deposit task will be distributed through the Gift feature. Upon claiming the gift and successfully completing the required task, the reward will be automatically credited to the user's account.

- The reward list for the trading volume task will be finalized every Wednesday. Following settlement, all users will be subject to a risk review. Rewards will be airdropped directly to the Spot accounts of eligible users within 7 business days upon completion of the review.
