<title>Terms and Conditions</title><ul><li>By participating in this event, users are deemed to have read, understood, and agreed to the Terms and Conditions of the event.</li><li>Participation in this event is limited to the main account only. Sub-accounts cannot participate as independent accounts. Trading volume and related data from sub-accounts will be combined with that of the main account for final calculations.</li><li>Users can only receive a single reward for the same type of event on MEXC within the same time period. Repeated rewards will not be issued.</li><li>The value of rewards may fluctuate due to market conditions and may increase or decrease at any time. MEXC is not responsible for any changes in reward value resulting from market volatility.</li><li>All reward winners are subject to MEXC's risk review prior to the distribution of rewards. Users who do not pass the review will not receive rewards, and rewards will not be reissued. MEXC retains the final decision on all matters of reward distribution.</li><li>During the event period, MEXC will monitor trading activity to detect and prevent any form of cheating or abnormal behaviour, including but not limited to: creating multiple accounts, using another person's account or personal information, providing false KYC details, artificially inflating trading data, engaging in wash or laundering trades, violating the terms of the event, breaching local regulatory requirements, or engaging in any other unlawful, fraudulent, or harmful activities. If any such conduct is identified, MEXC reserves the right to disqualify users from receiving rewards.</li><li>This event does not constitute, and should not be regarded as, a recommendation or investment advice to buy or sell any products. Digital assets are speculative and highly volatile, and may become illiquid at any time. Zasady wydarzenia

• Wydarzenie to jest przeznaczone wyłącznie dla użytkowników z Europy (z wyjątkiem Hiszpanii i Portugalii), którzy zarejestrowali się na platformie MEXC poprzez link lub kod polecający od Crypto Podróże.

• Aby wziąć udział w wydarzeniu, użytkownicy muszą kliknąć przycisk „Zarejestruj się teraz” na stronie wydarzenia. 

• Po pomyślnej rejestracji system będzie automatycznie śledził wpłaty i wolumeny transakcji uczestników przez cały czas trwania wydarzenia.

• Udział w tym wydarzeniu jest ograniczony wyłącznie do kont standardowych. Subkonta nie spełniają wymogów udziału jako niezależne konta. Wolumen obrotu z subkont zostanie zsumowany z wolumenem obrotu z konta głównego w celu dokonania ostatecznych obliczeń.

• Nowi użytkownicy to osoby, które zarejestrują się w trakcie trwania wydarzenia lub których łączna kwota wpłat przed rozpoczęciem wydarzenia nie przekracza 100 USD (w tym wpłaty on-chain, fiat oraz P2P).

• Dostępne metody wpłat obejmują wpłaty on-chain, wpłaty fiat, wpłaty kartą, transakcje P2P oraz płatności za pośrednictwem podmiotów zewnętrznych. Przelewy wewnętrzne nie są uwzględniane.

• Wpłaty netto oblicza się jako sumę wpłat pomniejszoną o sumę wypłat w okresie trwania wydarzenia. 

• Transakcje na kontraktach futures bez opłat są uwzględniane w obrocie.

• Nagrody zostaną rozdzielone według kolejności zgłoszeń w ciągu 7 dni roboczych od zakończenia wydarzenia.

• Bonusy futures z tego wydarzenia są ważne przez 14 dni od momentu ich przyznania. Zapoznaj się z Instrukcją użytkowania bonusów na kontrakty futures.

• Po otrzymaniu airdropu pozycji użytkownicy mogą otworzyć pozycję długą lub krótką w trybie izolowanego depozytu zabezpieczającego w wybranej przez siebie parze kontraktów futures, z 20-krotną dźwignią i wartością pozycji równą wartości airdropu. Jeśli jednak użytkownik posiada już otwartą pozycję w wybranej parze walutowej, musi ją zamknąć, zanim będzie mógł skorzystać z airdropu.

• Nagrody z tej akcji nie mogą być łączone z nagrodami z innych podobnych akcji na platformie. W przypadku jednoczesnego udziału użytkownicy otrzymają nagrodę tylko z tego wydarzenia, do którego jako pierwszego uzyskają uprawnienia.

• Wszyscy zwycięzcy nagród zostaną poddani ocenie ryzyka przeprowadzanej przez MEXC przed wypłatą nagród. Użytkownicy, którzy nie przejdą weryfikacji, nie otrzymają nagród. Nie zostaną one ponownie przyznane. MEXC zastrzega sobie prawo do podjęcia ostatecznej decyzji we wszystkich sprawach dotyczących podziału nagród.
