<title>Terms and Conditions</title><ul><li>By participating in this event, users are deemed to have read, understood, and agreed to the Terms and Conditions of the event.</li><li>Participation in this event is limited to the main account only. Sub-accounts cannot participate as independent accounts. Trading volume and related data from sub-accounts will be combined with that of the main account for final calculations.</li><li>Users can only receive a single reward for the same type of event on MEXC within the same time period. Repeated rewards will not be issued.</li><li>The value of rewards may fluctuate due to market conditions and may increase or decrease at any time. MEXC is not responsible for any changes in reward value resulting from market volatility.</li><li>All reward winners are subject to MEXC's risk review prior to the distribution of rewards. Users who do not pass the review will not receive rewards, and rewards will not be reissued. MEXC retains the final decision on all matters of reward distribution.</li><li>During the event period, MEXC will monitor trading activity to detect and prevent any form of cheating or abnormal behaviour, including but not limited to: creating multiple accounts, using another person's account or personal information, providing false KYC details, artificially inflating trading data, engaging in wash or laundering trades, violating the terms of the event, breaching local regulatory requirements, or engaging in any other unlawful, fraudulent, or harmful activities. If any such conduct is identified, MEXC reserves the right to disqualify users from receiving rewards.</li><li>This event does not constitute, and should not be regarded as, a recommendation or investment advice to buy or sell any products. Digital assets are speculative and highly volatile, and may become illiquid at any time. They are suitable only for investors with a high risk tolerance, and investors may lose the entire value of their investment. Event Rules

•  To be eligible for tokenzied stocks rewards, users must complete the KYC verification required for stock trading no later than the end of the event, being June 25, 2026, 10:00 (UTC). Users who fail to complete the required verification by the deadline will not be eligible to receive the corresponding stock rewards. In such cases, the rewards will be converted, based on the market price at the end of the event, into an equivalent value of tokenized stock assets, where available (for example, NVDA stock may be substituted with NVDAON). If no corresponding tokenized stock asset is available, the reward will be converted and distributed in USDT at an equivalent value.

• Market makers, institutional users, and API users are not eligible to participate in this event.

• This service is not available in certain jurisdictions. Users from restricted regions, or users whose accounts are flagged as abnormal by the platform's risk control system, are not eligible to participate in this event. For details on restricted jurisdictions, please refer to the MEXC User Agreement.

• All rewards will be distributed within 14 calendar days after the event ends.

• Stock redemption vouchers and stock cash vouchers must be redeemed by users on their own. Please refer to the Stock Vouchers FAQ for details on how to claim the rewards.

• All event data and results shall be based solely on the records maintained by the platform's system and shall be final and conclusive.

• All participating users must strictly abide by the MEXC Terms of Service. MEXC reserves the right to disqualify any participants who engage in dishonest or abusive activities during the event, including bulk-account registrations to farm additional bonuses and any other activities in connection with unlawful, fraudulent or harmful purposes.

• This event does not constitute and should not be construed as trading recommendations or investment advice. Digital assets are highly speculative and volatile, potentially facing liquidity constraints, and are suitable only for investors with substantial risk tolerance.
