MEXC will support the token swap for SafeMoon (SAFEMOON) with the upcoming arrangements:
- SAFEMOON deposit and withdrawal has been suspended.
- Disable all SAFEMOON trading pairs and cancel all pending orders (SAFEMOON/USDT) on 2022-01-08 06:00 (UTC).
- The system will take a snapshot of user holdings in SAFEMOON once the orders are canceled, then convert their holdings to new SafeMoon (SFM) tokens at a ratio of 1000:1.
- Deposits, withdrawals, and trading of SFM will be available at 2022-01-08 15:00 (UTC).
- The new Contract Address for SFM will be: 0x42981d0bfbAf196529376EE702F2a9Eb9092fcB5
MEXC on SFM Tokenomics:
According to the tokenomics of SFM, 2% of each SFM on-chain transfer will be charged. Therefore, the actual on-chain deposit amount to MEXC will be 96% of the initial deposit amount.
Additional Note:
After this token swap, the value of the new SFM token will be 1000x of the SAFEMOON, without considering other factors that might impact the price. Please pay attention to the price when you are placing orders.
