<title>Terms and Conditions</title><ul><li>By participating in this event, users are deemed to have read, understood, and agreed to the Terms and Conditions of the event.</li><li>Participation in this event is limited to the main account only. Sub-accounts cannot participate as independent accounts. Trading volume and related data from sub-accounts will be combined with that of the main account for final calculations.</li><li>Users can only receive a single reward for the same type of event on MEXC within the same time period. Repeated rewards will not be issued.</li><li>The value of rewards may fluctuate due to market conditions and may increase or decrease at any time. MEXC is not responsible for any changes in reward value resulting from market volatility.</li><li>All reward winners are subject to MEXC's risk review prior to the distribution of rewards. Users who do not pass the review will not receive rewards, and rewards will not be reissued. MEXC retains the final decision on all matters of reward distribution.</li><li>During the event period, MEXC will monitor trading activity to detect and prevent any form of cheating or abnormal behavior, including but not limited to: creating multiple accounts, using another person's account or personal information, providing false KYC details, artificially inflating trading data, engaging in wash or laundering trades, violating the terms of the event, breaching local regulatory requirements, or engaging in any other unlawful, fraudulent, or harmful activities. If any such conduct is identified, MEXC reserves the right to disqualify users from receiving rewards.</li><li>This event does not constitute, and should not be regarded as, a recommendation or investment advice to buy or sell any products. Digital assets are speculative and highly volatile, and may become illiquid at any time. They are suitable only for investors with a high risk tolerance, and investors may lose the entire value of their investment. All participants are solely responsible for their own investment decisions, and MEXC is not liable for any losses incurred. Where MEXC exercises any discretion under these terms, it shall do so in a reasonable manner.</li><li>MEXC reserves the right of final interpretation for this event. 活動規則

• 所有用戶（包括邀請人）必須於活動頁面點擊「立即報名」方可參加本活動。

• 本活動僅限華語區用戶參與，用戶需於本活動頁面點擊「報名」方視為完成活動報名。用戶在報名後可以參加充值、合約交易、邀請任務。邀請任務不限於新用戶參加。

• 做市商、機構用戶及子帳戶均不符合參加資格。

• 成功報名後，系統將自動記錄參與用戶在活動期間的總充值和交易量。所有在官方活動時間範圍內的合格活動將計入資格要求。

• 在符合條件後，轉盤機會可能會稍有延遲才會記入資格參與用戶的帳戶。活動結束後，未使用的轉盤機會將作廢，請及時使用。

• 受邀好友必須在活動期間完成首次充值才能被視為合格。活動開始前完成首次充值用戶將不符合資格，推薦人將無法因被推薦人獲得抽獎機會。有效邀請好友係指必須成功完成新用戶任務，包括充值 ≥ 100 USDT 任務及有效合約交易 ≥ 100 USDT 任務。

• 充值代幣沒有任何限制。用戶可以充值任何代幣，這些代幣將按平台的市場價格轉換為 USDT 用於獎勵計算。淨充值計算為活動期間的總充值金額減去總提幣金額。充值金額基於充值時的代幣價值，而提幣金額則基於提幣時的代幣價值。活動結束時，淨充值低於最低門檻的參加者將不符合獲獎資格。

• 支持的充值方式包括鏈上充值、法幣充值、卡充值、P2P 交易和第三方支付，內部轉帳不計入。

• 有效的合約交易量僅包括 USDT 合約、USDC 合約和 USDE 合約（包括開倉和平倉）。跟單交易和網格交易的交易量不計入。

• 僅有交易手續費不為零的合約交易才會計入有效合約交易量。使用體驗金、抵扣券或 MX 代幣抵扣手續費的合約交易將不計入。

• 參與用戶可同時參加多個任務以獲得抽獎機會。合約體驗金獎勵將在活動結束後的 14 個工作日內發放。先到先得，發完即止。體驗金獎勵將空投到用戶的帳戶中。iPhone 17 Pro Max 獎勵將在審核通過後 7 個工作天內由客服或 MEXC 官方代理聯繫中獎者處理贈獎事宜，且將於取得中獎者收件資料後 7 個工作天內寄出；如因授獎者個人因素導致獎品無法成功送達，將視為其自願放棄獎勵。

• 用戶不得同享本活動和平台其他同性質活動的獎勵。平台會統一進行審核，若重複參與，僅首次符合條件的活動予以發放。

• 發放獎勵之所有用戶須通過 MEXC 的風控審核。若用戶未通過風控審核，將不予發放任何獎勵，且 MEXC 保有最終獎勵發放決定權。

• 所有參與活動的用戶均視為自願參與，此活動不構成任何投資建議。

• 所有參與用戶必須嚴格遵守 MEXC 的服務條款。MEXC 保留在活動期間取消任何從事不誠實或惡意行為的參與者資格的權利，包括大量註冊帳戶、自我交易及與非法、欺詐或有害目的相關的任何行為。

• MEXC 有權修改本次活動的條款。若有更改，恕不另行通知。
