Quartz Partners Investment Management, a venture capital-backed, SEC-registered investment adviser specializing in quantitative separately managed account (SMA) strategies, today announced the acquisition of the investment strategies and intellectual property of AthenaInvest Advisors LLC, a Denver-area pioneer in behavioral portfolio management.
