Breaking Bad creator Vince Gilligan’s new sci-fi series Pluribus stars Rhea Seehorn in the lead role. What else has Seehorn starred in?
Pluribus debuted with its first three episodes on Apple TV on Friday. The logline for the series reads, “The most miserable person on Earth must save the world from happiness.”
Meanwhile, the logline for We is Us, which is the pilot episode of Pluribus, reads, “An astronomer’s discovery turns the planet upside-down; curmudgeonly novelist Carol Sturka (Seehorn) is terrified by this strange new world.”
Born Deborah Rhea Seehorn on May 12, 1972, in Norfolk, Va., the actor kicked off her screen career in 1997 with a guest role on the NBC crime drama Homicide: Life on the Street. Since then, Seehorn has amassed more than 60 screen credits, with her breakthrough role coming in 2003 on the ABC sitcom I’m with Her.
In the series, Seehorn played Cheri Baldzikowski, the sister of famous film star Alex Young (Teri Polo). I’m with Her ran for one season from 2003-2004, and Seehorn appeared in all 22 of the show’s episodes.
Seehorn has appeared in several guest roles over the years, including such series as Dollhouse, Burn Notice, The Closer, House of Lies, Law & Order: Special Victims Unit, Rosanne and The Twilight Zone. In addition, Seehorn was featured in recurring roles in such series as Franklin & Bash and Veep.
Seehorn has also done several voice roles throughout her career on such series as Family Guy, Ridley Jones, The Harper House, Invincible, Monster High and My Adventures with Superman.

‘Whitney’ (2011-2013)
Rhea Seehorn starred as Roxanne Harris, the divorced friend of the title character (Whitney Cummings) in Whitney, an NBC sitcom created by Cummings.
Seehorn appeared in all 38 episodes of Whitney, which ran for two seasons.
‘Better Call Saul’ (2015-2022)
Rhea Seehorn starred as Kim Wexler, Jimmy McGill/Saul Goodman’s (Bob Odenkirk) love and fellow attorney in all six seasons of AMC’s crime drama Better Call Saul. In addition to starring in Better Call Saul, Seehorn directed an episode of the series in 2022.
Vince Gilligan’s Breaking Bad spinoff earned Seehorn two Primetime Emmy nominations for Outstanding Supporting Actress in a Drama Series in 2022 and 2023.
‘Bad Boys Ride Or Die’ (2024)
Rhea Seehorn played the supporting role of U.S. Marshal Judy Howard, the daughter of late Miami Police Department Capt. Conrad Howard (Joe Pantoliano), in Bad Boys: Ride or Die, the fourth movie is the Bad Boys movie franchise.
Conrad Howard was assassinated during the events of 2020’s Bad Boys For Life. In Bad Boys: Ride or Die, Judy Howard is searching for Miami Police detectives Mike Lowrey (Will Smith) and Marcus Burnett (Martin Lawrence), who broke Conrad’s assassin — Mike’s son, Armando (Jacob Scipio) — out of prison so he can help them bust a bigger criminal operation.
