The proceeds will be used to construct the 100MW and 150MW data centers ELN-02 and ELN-03 in the Ellendale campus in North Dakota, repay existing loans, replenish debt servicing reserves, and pay related expenses. The notes are unconditionally guaranteed by several subsidiaries and secured by related assets and equity as senior collateral.
