The Los Angeles Dodgers managed to win the ninth World Series title in franchise history thanks to an extra-innings win over the Toronto Blue Jays in Game 7 of the Fall Classic.

The team’s playoff push was fueled by another winter of star roster acquisitions, including the addition of Roki Sasaki and reunions with Teoscar Hernandez and Clayton Kershaw. And another newcomer played a key role, after the Dodgers landed two-time Cy Young Award winner Blake Snell with a $182 million contract.

Snell went on to make three stellar playoff appearances for the Dodgers in his outings against the Cincinnati Reds, Philadelphia Phillies and Milwaukee Brewers. But when he reached the World Series and the Toronto Blue Jays, he suddenly struggled.

“Three pitches, two home runs and World Series history made by the Toronto Blue Jays in a stunning start to a pivotal Game 5,” Gabe Lacques wrote for USA Today. “Snell, the two-time Cy Young Award winner who posted a 0.86 ERA with just six hits given up in three playoff wins entering the World Series, opted to throw three fastballs out of the game, and was punished for it.”

One of those home runs was hit by Blue Jays’ franchise slugger Vladimir Guerrero Jr. But after his team won it all, Snell opted to take a bit of a victory lap over Guerrero on social media, before immediately voicing some regret.

“He in Cancun,” Snell said in response to a comment about Guerrero getting the better of him, as seen in a video posted on Reddit.

Snell’s response was a reference to the popular resort destination in Mexico where professional athletes are said to go on vacation after falling short of championships. Guerrero shared a video of himself with his family headed to Cancun shortly after the Blue Jays fell to the Dodgers.

But Snell seemed to be using Guerrero’s trip to defend himself against the implication that Guerrero had gotten the better of him during their World Series matchup.

“Go pick him up and then come over this way and tell me that,” Snell added in response to the comment.

But immediately after Snell made the comment about Guerrero, he voiced some regret as he realized users were taking a clip of his message to share on social media.

“Don’t clip it, come on,” Snell said. “Let me live my life, please. He had a great series.”

The carrier been working for years with the Federal Aviation Administration to win certification to fly internationally, Lukas Johnson, Breeze’s chief commercial officer, said in an interview. It’s the first sizeable U.S. passenger airline to win that certification since Virgin America, which was acquired by Alaska Airlines in 2016, Johnson said. He said Breeze is continuing its business model of flying its Airbus A220-300s between cities that have little to no competition from rivals and added that the new routes are “an exciting starting point for us.” “We feel really confident that it’s going to be a guest response,” he said.
