Adjusted net revenue increased 5.8% YoY to $2.2 billion while adjusted EBITDA grew 12% to $324 million. Adjusted EPS rose 27.7% YoY, pointing to steady operational execution. GAAP results reflected mark-to-market impacts tied to Jacobs’ former stake in Amentum stock.
CEO Bob Pragada stated that Jacobs met or exceeded its core fiscal 2025 targets. He highlighted organic mid-single-digit revenue growth and meaningful margin expansion across the portfolio.
Jacobs ended the fiscal year with a record $23.1 billion backlog, up 5.6% from the prior year. The company maintained a strong 1.1x book-to-bill ratio for both the quarter and trailing twelve months, indicating durable demand across its sectors.
Management said the backlog strength provides clear visibility heading into the new strategy cycle, underpinned by global infrastructure, advanced facilities and government services contracts.
For fiscal 2026, Jacobs projects adjusted EPS of $6.90 to $7.30. The midpoint of $7.10 implies 16% growth from fiscal 2025 and comes in slightly above the analyst consensus forecast of $7.01.
The company expects adjusted net revenue to increase 6% to 10%, supported by ongoing margin progress. CFO Venk Nathamuni said Jacobs exited the first year of its strategy cycle above the high end of its planned 50–80 basis point margin expansion target and anticipates further improvement in fiscal 2026.
Jacobs returned a record $1.1 billion to shareholders in fiscal 2025 through buybacks and dividends. Management plans to continue capital returns given strong cash generation.
