PANews reported on November 30th that Samson Mow, CEO of Bitcoin technology company JAN3, posted on the X platform that partners have informed him that all Dolphin Cards have been suspended. This was sudden and unexpected; user funds are safe, and all test users will receive a refund. The JAN3 team is currently negotiating the specific refund process with service providers, and refunds will be communicated via the email address associated with the JAN3 account. Furthermore, they will be looking for alternative providers to restore service.
