Best Meme Coins To Buy: State of Texas Invests in Bitcoin, DeepSnitch AI Set for 100x Gains As Meme Traders Show Great Interest in Its Utility

Texas acquired $5M worth of IBIT and authorized an extra $5M for self-custodial BTC holdings, making it the first US state to become a Bitcoin holder.

Despite the bullish nature of these developments, the market downturn restarted as ETF outflows rose and major altcoin prices started correcting.

At the same time, even though the meme coin market is declining, traders are looking for the best meme coins to buy to achieve fast gains.

Although DSNT isn’t a meme coin, its affordable pricing and utility are meme trader-friendly. Due to its $690K presale progress and robust fundamentals, many investors are highlighting DeepSnitch AI for its 100x potential.

Why did Texas buy Bitcoin?

Texas acquired $5M in BlackRock’s iShares Bitcoin Trust and authorized $5M of funds for direct holding.
While this represents a historic move, it’s not surprising, as the Texas Governor Greg Abbott expressed public support for Bitcoin as far back as 2014. It’s also pointing out that multiple US states either introduced or debated bills that would enable public treasuries to acquire digital assets.

Despite the regulatory clarity, these efforts dissipated as the wider macroeconomic currents shifted. Texas was an outlier as state regulators passed the Strategic Bitcoin Reserve Act, which allowed clearer moves into acquiring digital assets.

Meanwhile, the meme sector shrank by 5% in 24 hours on December 5, and according to CoinMarketCap, it settled at $41B at press time.

DeepSnitch AI: Why are meme traders supporting DSNT?

Apart from inquiring about the best meme coins to buy, meme traders are also aping into DeepSnitch AI. The reason is the affordable pricing of $0.02629 and the usability of DeepSnitch AI’s prediction and analytics suite for trading meme coins.

DeepSnitch AI’s platform uses five AI agents, which allows it to predict sentiment shifts, FUD storms, whale moves, and other forms of analytics. Due to the complexity of the solution, the team dedicated extra resources to developing and deploying these agents.

At press time, three AI agents are deployed in the central intelligence layer and will be available to early investors soon.

This means that you can use the solution to discover and trade meme coins more effectively ahead of its January listing.

Along with solid utility, DeepSnitch AI is also highlighted for its upside potential, with most of the community projecting 100x.

Overall, DeepSnitch AI raised over $690K, demonstrating that the interest in the project is real, which also contributes heavily to the bullish 100x narrative.

Pudgy Penguins: Can PENGU break out soon?

According to CoinMarketCap, PENGU traded at $0.01081 on December 5.

PENGU saw a major weekly rebound, but its price action quickly lost momentum. However, it’s possible for PENGU to retest the $0.01186 level in the short term if activity picks up.

The critical area to watch for a confirmation of a reversal is $0.01200.

Yet, PENGU is not without its risks. If PENGU tests $0.01200 but turns down, it could plummet back to $0.01000 area, which might dampen the momentum and eliminate the chance of a rally in the short-term.

Pepe: What’s behind the PEPE dip?

PEPE dropped by 7% to $0.000004369 following a hack of its official website, according to CoinMarketCap.

The dip could present a favorable entry point despite PEPE lacking the viral token momentum. For instance, analysts point out that RSI is showing bullish divergence, which may indicate a short-term breakout.

However, to reverse the downward trajectory and restore PEPE as one of the trending meme coins, PEPE needs to close above $0.000005500.

Despite a mildly bullish setup, PEPE could also extend its losses in the short term, especially if the word of the website hack shakes investors’ confidence.

Final words: Embrace the growth

As the hunt for the best meme coins to buy for a quick flip commences, DeepSnitch AI is positioned as a long-term opportunity for meme coin traders.

In addition to providing them with a set of tools that will help them be more effective in the trenches, it also provides a low entry into the lucrative AI coin market.

The amount raised ($690K) demonstrates that the interest is there, and the coupons that provide 50% bonuses for purchases over $2K (DSTVIP50) and 100% bonuses on investments over $5K (DSTVVIP100) are already attracting whales.
The bonuses are available until January 1, so get on board the DeepSnitch AI presale now and keep up with updates on X and Telegram.

The Channel Factories We’ve Been Waiting For

The post The Channel Factories We’ve Been Waiting For appeared on BitcoinEthereumNews.com. Visions of future technology are often prescient about the broad strokes while flubbing the details. The tablets in “2001: A Space Odyssey” do indeed look like iPads, but you never see the astronauts paying for subscriptions or wasting hours on Candy Crush.  Channel factories are one vision that arose early in the history of the Lightning Network to address some challenges that Lightning has faced from the beginning. Despite having grown to become Bitcoin’s most successful layer-2 scaling solution, with instant and low-fee payments, Lightning’s scale is limited by its reliance on payment channels. Although Lightning shifts most transactions off-chain, each payment channel still requires an on-chain transaction to open and (usually) another to close. As adoption grows, pressure on the blockchain grows with it. The need for a more scalable approach to managing channels is clear. Channel factories were supposed to meet this need, but where are they? In 2025, subnetworks are emerging that revive the impetus of channel factories with some new details that vastly increase their potential. They are natively interoperable with Lightning and achieve greater scale by allowing a group of participants to open a shared multisig UTXO and create multiple bilateral channels, which reduces the number of on-chain transactions and improves capital efficiency. Achieving greater scale by reducing complexity, Ark and Spark perform the same function as traditional channel factories with new designs and additional capabilities based on shared UTXOs.  Channel Factories 101 Channel factories have been around since the inception of Lightning. A factory is a multiparty contract where multiple users (not just two, as in a Dryja-Poon channel) cooperatively lock funds in a single multisig UTXO. They can open, close and update channels off-chain without updating the blockchain for each operation. Only when participants leave or the factory dissolves is an on-chain transaction…
