DePIN Day Will Be Held in Abu Dhabi in December

  • Abu Dhabi will host the 14th DePIN Day.
  • This is how Solana strengthens its leadership in Web3 physical infrastructure.
  • The event will feature speakers from Fluence, Impossible Cloud Network, io.net, Aethir, DAWN, onocoy, Sourceful Energy, and others.

On December 10, 2025, Abu Dhabi will become the world centre of decentralized physical infrastructure, hosting the 14th DePIN Day. The event will take place during Solana Breakpoint, the annual meeting of one of the most dynamic Web3 ecosystems, and will bring together leading teams building real networks based on crypto economics. This is stated in a press release shared with Incrypted by the event’s representatives.

According to the press release, the growth of DePIN Day reflects a global trend: founders, operators, and investors are increasingly looking for a platform to share experiences, compare models, and accelerate the development of next-generation infrastructure projects.

Organized by Fluence with the support of Impossible Cloud Network, this year’s event underscores Solana’s position as a key home for DePIN, the team said. Abu Dhabi becomes a logical meeting point for the Solana community and projects building the physical infrastructure of Web3.

The program will focus on how decentralized computing, storage, wireless, mobility, and sensor networks are moving from experimental concepts to full-fledged infrastructure, the organizers said.

They also said that the speakers include representatives of leading DePIN teams

  • Tom Trowbridge (Fluence);
  • Kai Wawrzinek (Impossible Cloud Network);
  • Raj Karan (io.net);
  • Mark Rydon (Aethir);
  • Neil Chatterjee (DAWN);
  • Uroš Kalabić (onocoy);
  • Fredrik Ahlgren (Sourceful Energy).

According to the organizers, they will share their experience at the intersection of cryptoeconomics, hardware solutions, and global network coordination.

As in previous events, the emphasis will remain on practical knowledge, working cases, and mechanisms for raising capital to scale DePIN projects around the world, the event team noted.

Mark Rydon from Aethir added:

Lyllah Ledesma from DAWN also said:

DePIN Day is a global conference series dedicated to the growth of decentralized physical infrastructure. The event brings together teams and investors in the fields of wireless networks, sensor systems, energy, computing, and storage, demonstrating how crypto assets are transforming the world’s infrastructure, the press release said.

In addition, the statement said that the event has become the main meeting point for the DePIN movement as part of DePIN Space, bringing together thousands of builders, venture capitalists and protocol teams.

According to the organizers, Fluence is a DePIN decentralized computing platform that provides a reliable infrastructure based on globally distributed data centers. The network is managed by the Fluence DAO, and the FLT token provides governance, staking, and coordination mechanisms.
