DiscusFish stated that the industry has undergone dramatic changes in the past decade, from Bitcoin to AI Agents, and the boundaries between companies have become increasingly blurred. Currently, the focus is on "identifying vectors," meaning finding talent with ideas, execution capabilities, and growth potential. A new batch of outstanding interns will be recruited soon.
