This month marks one year since devastating wildfires absolutely ravaged the Los Angeles area, burning thousands acres and causing tens of billions of dollars worth of damage. In the immediate aftermath, a star-studded FireAid benefit concert with performances by artists including Lady Gaga, Rod Stewart and Green Day raised $100M for relief efforts. A report recently released by House Republicans on the Judiciary Committee alleges FireAid misused some of the donations. In September, FireAid released the findings of an outside law firm’s investigation that said no funds were misused. Rep. Kevin Kiley (R-CA) joins “Forbes Newsroom” to discuss.
