The conference studied and planned the political and legal work for 2026, emphasizing the need for forward-looking research and proactive legislative suggestions on emerging issues such as the protection of the rights and interests of new employment groups, virtual currencies, and the low-altitude economy. It also stressed the importance of strengthening research on new technologies, strictly preventing the use of blockchain and other encryption technologies to evade regulation, and legally cracking down on the use of artificial intelligence technology to generate and disseminate false information.
