IBM Expands Agentic AI Deployment With e&

IBM advanced its role in enterprise AI by supporting e& with a tailored agentic platform. The firms introduced a system that uses IBM watsonx Orchestrate to streamline policy and compliance tasks. The rollout strengthened e&’s move toward integrated tools that automate actions and interpret complex governance material.

The collaboration also connected the platform with IBM OpenPages to help teams manage regulatory information with traceable system outputs. The setup created a structured model where AI supports controlled decision paths. The design enabled stronger alignment with internal governance rules while improving daily operational accuracy.

IBM, e& and GBM built and tested a proof of concept within eight weeks to show real-world scalability. The exercise confirmed the platform’s ability to process enterprise workflows under controlled conditions. The system also demonstrated rapid response capability while preserving the required compliance structure.

Governed AI Foundation Supports Enterprise-Scale Expansion

IBM positioned the agentic AI approach as a core element in enterprise operational design. The watsonx Orchestrate layer allowed AI agents to coordinate actions and perform tasks inside existing company systems. This helped create reliable outcomes while meeting governance requirements across e&’s core functions.

The company enabled 24/7 access to structured compliance information and reduced processing times for internal teams. The platform also supported e&’s strategy to embed automated decision tools into core business areas. This framework established a foundation for future expansion into additional internal processes.

IBM also linked the system with watsonx.governance to ensure strong oversight and transparency. This alignment provided clear audit trails and met regulatory expectations across multiple regions. The move marked one of the earliest regional deployments of enterprise-grade agentic systems.

IBM Launches Enterprise Advantage to Strengthen AI Adoption

IBM extended its strategy with a new service called Enterprise Advantage. The program supports organizations that want to build internal AI platforms without changing cloud setups or core systems. It also enables firms to use multiple cloud providers and models within a unified operational framework.

The service uses technology from IBM Consulting Advantage, which already supports over 150 engagements. The approach helps teams redesign workflows and adopt agentic applications across enterprise environments. It also gives companies structured tools to speed deployment and maintain control.

Pearson and a manufacturing firm have already applied this model to scale internal AI plans. Their programs tested use cases, built secure prototypes, and aligned leadership around long-term frameworks. The structure helped both firms establish governed environments that support wide deployment across daily operations.

Cryptos Signal Divergence Ahead of Fed Rate Decision

Cryptos Signal Divergence Ahead of Fed Rate Decision

The post Cryptos Signal Divergence Ahead of Fed Rate Decision appeared on BitcoinEthereumNews.com. Crypto assets send conflicting signals ahead of the Federal Reserve’s September rate decision. On-chain data reveals a clear decrease in Bitcoin and Ethereum flowing into centralized exchanges, but a sharp increase in altcoin inflows. The findings come from a Tuesday report by CryptoQuant, an on-chain data platform. The firm’s data shows a stark divergence in coin volume, which has been observed in movements onto centralized exchanges over the past few weeks. Bitcoin and Ethereum Inflows Drop to Multi-Month Lows Sponsored Sponsored Bitcoin has seen a dramatic drop in exchange inflows, with the 7-day moving average plummeting to 25,000 BTC, its lowest level in over a year. The average deposit per transaction has fallen to 0.57 BTC as of September. This suggests that smaller retail investors, rather than large-scale whales, are responsible for the recent cash-outs. Ethereum is showing a similar trend, with its daily exchange inflows decreasing to a two-month low. CryptoQuant reported that the 7-day moving average for ETH deposits on exchanges is around 783,000 ETH, the lowest in two months. Other Altcoins See Renewed Selling Pressure In contrast, other altcoin deposit activity on exchanges has surged. The number of altcoin deposit transactions on centralized exchanges was quite steady in May and June of this year, maintaining a 7-day moving average of about 20,000 to 30,000. Recently, however, that figure has jumped to 55,000 transactions. Altcoins: Exchange Inflow Transaction Count. Source: CryptoQuant CryptoQuant projects that altcoins, given their increased inflow activity, could face relatively higher selling pressure compared to BTC and ETH. Meanwhile, the balance of stablecoins on exchanges—a key indicator of potential buying pressure—has increased significantly. The report notes that the exchange USDT balance, around $273 million in April, grew to $379 million by August 31, marking a new yearly high. CryptoQuant interprets this surge as a reflection of…
