PANews reported on January 23 that Gate.com has officially launched a new index zone and, on January 23, debuted live trading (USDT settlement) of NAS100, UK100, and SPX500 perpetual contracts, supporting leverage of 1-10x. Gate.com's Perp DEX will also launch simultaneously. Gate.com's index perpetual contracts are based on major global indices, introducing core index assets from traditional capital markets into the crypto derivatives trading system. While maintaining the advantages of USDT settlement and 24/7 trading, it provides users with trading options closer to the global macro market, further expanding cross-market trading and strategy deployment possibilities.

At the same time, Gate Precious Metals also launched XPT and XPD perpetual contracts for spot trading (USDT settlement) on the same day, both supporting 1-10x leverage, and Gate Perp DEX was also launched simultaneously.
