FORT WASHINGTON, Pa.–(BUSINESS WIRE)–#brokerdealer–Bancroft Capital announced today four veterans selected for 2026 Veteran Training Program. Joseph Cantu, Tian England, and Killian Mountford will begin training in 2026 alongside Alex Brown, who started the program in August.

“We are excited to welcome these talented individuals to our program,” said CEO Cauldon Quinn. “Each brings a diverse skill set developed through military service, and we are confident they will successfully transition to careers in finance.”

Cantu served seven years in the United States Marine Corps as an Air Traffic Control officer with Marine Air Control Squadron 2, achieving the rank of Captain. During his service, he suffered multiple injuries, including the amputation of his dominant arm.

“Joe has met each challenge with perseverance,” said Quinn. “Bancroft is eager to partner with him as he pursues comparable success in his civilian career.”

Staff Sergeant England served nine years on active duty in the Marine Corps as a Motor Transport Maintenance Chief. She deployed to Afghanistan as a Female Engagement Team Leader and earned her MBA from American Military University.

“I’m grateful for this opportunity,” said England. “My experiences leading Marines, managing complex operations, and continuing my education shaped how I approach challenges.”

Mountford served three and a half years on active duty in the U.S. Navy as a Surface Warfare officer aboard the USS Lake Erie, deploying to the Western Pacific in 2024.

“I am grateful to Bancroft for helping me transition into the finance industry and build a strong career foundation,” said Mountford.

Brown began his rotation through the program last summer, earning multiple FINRA licenses, including the Series 7, 66, and 79. A Boston College MBA program graduate, Brown previously served as a First Lieutenant in the U.S. Army with the 10th Mountain Division.

“Alex has demonstrated exceptional ability to understand the industry,” said Quinn. “We believe he will thrive as he pursues his post-licensing career path.”

Since 2017, 28 veterans have progressed through Bancroft’s Veteran Training Program, with graduates working at institutions including Bank of America, T. Rowe Price, and Wells Fargo.
