3 min read

New-home shoppers in Idaho’s Boise metropolitan area are finding expanded options from Woodbridge Pacific Group, a builder-developer active in Eagle and Nampa. The company focuses on creating limited-edition neighborhoods that combine research with operational expertise to optimize buyer choice. Jim Perry, Vice President and Managing Director of WPG Idaho, stated that their homes feature layout selections for varied preferences, allowing buyers to personalize both indoor and outdoor spaces.

Lifestyle settings are a key component of WPG’s developments. WPG President Todd Cunningham emphasized that providing leisure activities close at hand is a primary goal, with locations offering access to biking and hiking trails, streams and lakes for fishing and picnics, and parks and amenity centers. At press time, available new homes ranged from 2,434 to 3,410 square feet, with 3 to 4 bedrooms and 2.5 to 4.5 baths, priced from $699,999 to $1,299,000.

In Eagle, a suburb known for upscale living and convenient location between the Boise River and foothills, WPG has multiple neighborhoods. Soaring Feather, the latest development in the heart of Eagle, will offer unique floorplans and distinctive details with a model scheduled for a May opening. Updates can be found at www.woodbridgepacific.com. Kingswood Estates includes four designs for six estate homes ranging from 2,467 to 3,410 square feet, featuring amenities like a swimming pool with pool house. Stags Crossing offers luxury homes in a serene setting with walking paths, green spaces, and a neighborhood park, with two Residence 4 homes available from $1,039,999.

Bald Eagle Point, one of WPG’s debut neighborhoods, has two remaining Residence 4 homes priced from $1,289,000. This collection has earned recognition from Southwestern Idaho’s ‘People’s Choice’ program and The Nationals awards competition. In Nampa, which combines rural tranquility with convenience, Sagewater features luxury home designs on generous sites with mountain views. Perry noted that buyers appreciate the classic architectural appeal blended with modern layout ease, along with fresh finishes, personalizing choices, and warranties that promote low-maintenance living.

WPG enhances purchase value through responsive service and financial incentives. Preferred lender Jeff Weirsma assists buyers in securing loans through US Bank, offering reduced interest rates and special incentives at selected neighborhoods. Cunningham highlighted Weirsma’s exceptional ability in navigating the purchase process.
