PANews reported on February 6th that, according to an official announcement from Tether, the company has made a strategic investment in t-0 Network, a USDT-based settlement platform, to support its efforts in building an instant, low-cost cross-border payment system for licensed financial institutions. t-0 Network is a proprietary payment solution connecting global financial institutions, enabling banks and fintech companies to coordinate fiat-to-fiat cross-border payments with near-instantaneous settlement speeds and minimal fees by utilizing stablecoins as the core settlement infrastructure.
