A mystery tipster has once again emailed news outlets demanding $100,000 in bitcoin in exchange for the identification of the kidnapper in the Nancy Guthrie case.

An anonymous emailer reached out to TMZ again on Friday, claiming to know the identity of Guthrie's abductor, this time raising the stakes.

According to the latest message, the man is demanding $50,000 in Bitcoin upfront, with a promise to deliver the name of the main individual behind the abduction. He's then asking for another $50,000 in bitcoin, vowing not to cash out the initial payment until the kidnapper is arrested.

The tipster claims the FBI's decision to double the reward to $100,000 was a deliberate attempt "to discredit me." He's explicitly stated he doesn't trust law enforcement and prefers to work through TMZ instead.

A key detail emerged in this latest correspondence: his reference to "the main individual" implies the kidnapping involved multiple people working together.

The mysterious communicator's initial demand was for 1 bitcoin, currently valued at approximately $68,000, in exchange for the kidnapper's identity and location.
