PANews reported on February 19 that, according to Cointelegraph, despite the overall collapse of the cryptocurrency market and poor stock performance, Bitmine Immersion Technologies (BMNR)'s largest shareholder increased its investment in the leading Ethereum fund management company in the fourth quarter of 2025.

According to Morgan Stanley's 13F filing with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission, as the largest shareholder, Morgan Stanley increased its stake by approximately 26%, holding more than 12.1 million shares at the end of the quarter, worth approximately $331 million. ARK Investment Management, the second-largest shareholder, also increased its stake by approximately 27%, holding more than 9.4 million shares, worth approximately $256 million .

Several other top institutional investors also increased their holdings in BMNR. BlackRock increased its stake in BMNR by 166%, Goldman Sachs by 588%, Vanguard by 66%, and Bank of America by a massive 1,668%.
