Recognition Builds on Sustained Leadership in Site Search Category and Validates the Platform’s Impact on Modern Digital Discovery

LOS ANGELES–(BUSINESS WIRE)–#CMS—SearchStax, Inc., the AI-powered Search Experience Company, today announced it has been named a winner in G2’s 2026 Best Software Awards, earning distinction in the Best Data Analytics Software Products category. The recognition places SearchStax among the top-performing software platforms globally, based on verified customer feedback and market presence.

The award follows a period of sustained momentum for SearchStax, which has topped G2’s Site Search Software category for two consecutive reporting seasons, reinforcing the company’s leadership in powering intelligent discovery for information-rich digital environments.

G2’s Best Software Awards celebrate software vendors that deliver measurable value, strong customer satisfaction, and meaningful innovation. SearchStax’s recognition reflects how modern site search is evolving into a strategic analytics layer that helps organizations understand user intent, optimize content performance, and drive better digital outcomes.

Discovery and Analytics Converge

Digital discovery today is inseparable from analytics. Every search interaction generates insight into what audiences want, what content performs, and where gaps exist. Organizations increasingly rely on these signals to inform content strategy, customer experience improvements, and operational decisions.

By combining AI-powered experiences with actionable search analytics, SearchStax enables teams to transform discovery behavior into measurable business outcomes. This convergence is a key reason site search is becoming foundational to modern digital experience strategies.

“Our customers use SearchStax to do three things really well: help people find what they need fast, learn from those interactions, and empower them to improve the experience over time, efficiently,” said Sameer Maggon, founder and CEO at SearchStax. “This recognition reflects the measurable value of turning on-site search behavior into insights that guide content, CX, and digital strategy.”

Why Analytics-Driven Search Matters

Search is often the clearest expression of user intent on a website. Patterns in search behavior reveal unmet needs, content gaps, product opportunities, and friction points that would otherwise remain hidden.

Organizations that leverage site search analytics can:

  • Identify content gaps and emerging demand.
  • Improve navigation and user journeys.
  • Increase engagement and conversions.
  • Inform strategic digital decisions such as GEO and SEO prioritization themes.

Recognition from G2 underscores how analytics-powered discovery is reshaping expectations for modern software platforms.

Customer Validation Drives Continued Recognition

SearchStax’s award is rooted in verified customer feedback across industries where content complexity, compliance requirements, and user expectations are high.

Recent G2 reviewers emphasize the platform’s usability, insights and partnership approach:

  • Analytics and reporting have become more productive and accurate, contributing to increased revenue, since switching to SearchStax.
