Superior Plus Declares 2026 First Quarter Dividend

TORONTO–(BUSINESS WIRE)–Superior Plus Corp. (“Superior” or “the company”) (TSX: SPB) announced today that its Board of Directors has approved a quarterly dividend of CAD $0.045 per common share payable on April 15, 2026, to shareholders of record at the close of business March 31, 2026. Superior’s annualized cash dividend rate is currently CAD $0.18 per share. This dividend is an eligible dividend for Canadian income tax purposes.
