Nvidia reports Q4 fiscal 2026 earnings on February 25, and hedge funds appear to be positioning for a strong result.
NVIDIA Corporation, NVDA
Recent filings reveal several new positions. Spence Asset Management disclosed around $19.5 million in Nvidia stock. Seven Post Investment Office and Trinity Wealth Management also opened fresh stakes.
Existing holders added too. Pachira Investments raised its position by about 55%. Crystal Rock Capital Management grew its stake by roughly 53%, and Manning & Napier Advisors lifted its holding by around 34%.
A handful of funds trimmed after the recent rally, but the net direction heading into earnings is still positive.
Analysts forecast EPS of $1.52 for Q4 — 71% year-over-year growth. Revenue is projected at $65.67 billion, up 68% from the prior year.
The focus will likely fall on guidance. Investors want to know whether AI chip demand and data center spending hold up into fiscal 2027.
Nvidia shares have lost momentum in 2026 along with the broader Magnificent Seven group. Software stocks have also struggled this year on fears that AI will upend traditional business models. Salesforce and Intuit report in the same week, adding more noise to an already busy earnings stretch.
On TipRanks, Nvidia carries a Strong Buy consensus based on 35 Buys, one Hold, and one Sell. The average price target of $261.84 implies roughly 39% upside from current levels.
Nvidia’s results typically move the wider semiconductor sector. As the dominant AI chip supplier, its guidance tends to set expectations across the space.
February 25 is the date to watch.
