Mastercard is hiring a Crypto Product Director to advance its stablecoin-fiat currency conversion business.

PANews reported on February 25th that Mastercard is hiring for the Director, Crypto Flows, Product Management position. This role will focus on advancing deposit and withdrawal products between crypto assets and fiat currency, including card issuance, acquiring, sending , and new payment flows. The position will involve market testing in areas such as stablecoins, tokenized assets , and DeFi ; designing and launching crypto co-branded cards; and collaborating with card issuers, acquiring institutions, and merchants to explore stablecoin use cases. The role will also require developing product roadmaps, providing sales training, and driving Mastercard's adaptation of franchise rules and risk management processes to Web3 transactions.
