Later this year – at some point, although nobody quite knows when – Lana Del Rey will release her new album. The alternative singer-songwriter has been hyping the project for months – nearly a year, in fact – and she’s changed its title multiple times. Currently, the set is known as Stove, but that could be altered again.
Excitement for Stove has grown steadily as time has progressed, and nearly a year after dropping a pair of tunes from its tracklist, Del Rey shared the third and latest single, “White Feather Hawk Tail Deer Hunter.” That tune debuts on multiple Billboard charts in America this week, but due in part to the fact that it was released in the middle of a tracking period, the cut has yet to land on the worldwide tallies.
While “White Feather Hawk Tail Deer Hunter” is missing from the Billboard Global 200 and Billboard Global Excl. U.S., two of Del Rey smashes return to the former roster, while one hit climbs to a never-before-seen peak on the latter.
Lana Del Rey Returns With “Cinnamon Girl” and “Young and Beautiful”
A pair of tracks by Del Rey find their way back to the Billboard Global 200, the weekly rundown of the most consumed songs around the planet. Between the two, “Cinnamon Girl” is the higher-rising win, as it reenters the list at No. 173. That’s less than 10 paces beneath its No. 164 peak.
“Young and Beautiful” narrowly manages to find space on the same ranking, as it appears at No. 200 on the 200-space tally. “Young and Beautiful” has spent just one more week than “Cinnamon Girl” on the Billboard Global 200 and has previously danced to No. 160.
“Cinnamon Girl” Surges on the Billboard Global Excl. U.S.
As “Cinnamon Girl” reappears on the Billboard Global 200, the track surges on the Billboard Global Excl. U.S. The difference between those two rankings is that the Billboard Global Excl. U.S. does not include sales and streams from America, but the tally does take into account those forms of consumption from dozens of other nations. The Billboard Global 200 is a completely worldwide look.

This time around, “Cinnamon Girl” leaps from No. 155 to No. 130 on the Billboard Global Excl. U.S., establishing a new all-time high in the process.
“Cinnamon Girl” Passes “Chemtrails Over the Country Club”
On the Billboard Global Excl. U.S., “Cinnamon Girl” passes one track within Del Rey’s discography on the planet-spanning roster. Last week, when “Cinnamon Girl” sat at No. 155, its peak held as No. 140. Now that it’s up to No. 130, “Cinnamon Girl” pushes past “Chemtrails Over the Country Club,” which spent one frame at No. 139 more than just over half a decade ago.
Lana Del Rey Claims Three Global Smashes This Week
Del Rey fills three spaces on both the Billboard Global 200 and Billboard Global Excl. U.S. this week, as has frequently been the case lately. “Summertime Sadness,” the Grammy nominee’s team-up with remixer and producer Cedric Gervais, is her highest-rising win. “Young and Beautiful” also takes up space on the Billboard Global Excl. U.S., trailing both “Summertime Sadness” and the rising “Cinnamon Girl.”
Lana Del Rey’s “White Feather Hawk Tail Deer Hunter” Starts Strong
“White Feather Hawk Tail Deer Hunter” may reach the worldwide tallies in a few days, but until then, Del Rey is likely happy with the single’s performance on several genre-focused rosters in America.
“White Feather Hawk Tail Deer Hunter” manages a top 10 start on one of the three lists on which it debuts, as it enters the Alternative Digital Song Sales chart at No. 9. Del Rey earns her twenty-fourth top 10 as the single launches.
“White Feather Hawk Tail Deer Hunter” also makes its presence known on both the Hot Alternative Songs and Hot Rock & Alternative Songs charts. The recently-shared cut opens at No. 18 on the alternative-only list and at No. 28 on Billboard’s ranking of the most consumed rock, hard rock, alternative, and metal tracks in the U.S.
