PANews reported on March 16th that, according to The Block, South Korea's Hana Financial Group and Standard Chartered Bank signed a memorandum of understanding to collaborate in the digital asset field, including cryptocurrency-related businesses such as stablecoins. The two institutions plan to leverage their respective expertise and network resources to expand their global traditional financial businesses and discussed collaborative projects in the digital finance sector, particularly in the cryptocurrency field. The chairman of Hana Financial Group stated that they will create new growth opportunities through synergies in digital assets and other future financial sectors.
