• To help us review and address your report efficiently, please provide as much detail as possible, including but not limited to: contact information (anonymous submissions are accepted), valid communication details, a description of the incident, and any relevant supporting evidence.
• For general business inquiries, customer service complaints, or product improvement suggestions that are not related to misconduct reporting, please contact our official Customer Service team or the dedicated communication channels of the relevant business units for faster assistance.
MEXC will treat all reports and related information with strict confidentiality and will make every effort to protect the legitimate rights and interests of whistleblowers.
