Scope of Impact:
During the upgrade, errors may occur when users place orders, cancel orders, make transfers, or perform searches on the futures page.
During the upgrade, futures TP/SL set by users may fail to trigger.
During the upgrade, there may be delays in futures pair order book information.
During the upgrade, errors may occur when users access futures-related event pages.
During the upgrade, errors may occur when users set price alerts.
During the upgrade, price alerts set by users may fail to trigger.
If you encounter such issues, the impact is expected to last no longer than 1 minute. We recommend trying again after 1 minute.
Futures System Upgrade Period 2:
02:00, March 31, 2024 - 02:30, March 31, 2024 (UTC)
Scope of Impact:
During the upgrade, there may be brief delays in transfers between futures accounts and spot accounts.
During the upgrade, there may be brief delays in data related to your futures positions, orders, and trades.
During the upgrade, error alerts may occur when you place orders.
During the upgrade, there may be brief delays in K-line charts.
If you encounter such issues, the impact is expected to last no longer than 5 minutes. We recommend trying again after 5 minutes.
Important Notes:
During the upgrade, features such as Buy Crypto, spot trading, deposits, and withdrawals will remain unaffected.
Please manage your futures positions and orders in advance to avoid unnecessary losses.
We will make an announcement as soon as the upgrade is completed.
In the event of significant market fluctuations prior to the upgrade, the platform will adjust the upgrade schedule based on market conditions and provide timely announcements regarding any postponements or extensions. Please refer to the official website announcement for the latest information.
