PANews reported on January 15 that DeFi protocol YO released a recap of the yoUSD incident, stating that the yoUSD vault has fully resumed operation and funds are safe. The incident stemmed from an unfavorable automatic exchange operation, resulting in a $3.7 million funding gap, which has been fully filled by YO's vault. User balances were unaffected, and the protocol's solvency was also unaffected.
On January 13, it was previously reported that YO Protocol suffered from an abnormal Swap transaction, with approximately $3.84 million worth of stkGHO being exchanged for only $122,000 worth of USDC .
