According to the strategic agreement between the company and the Solana Foundation, the purchase will be used to support the company's Solana infrastructure and consolidate its position as a key component of the UAE's digital transformation agenda. Solmate (formerly Brera Holdings) is reportedly joining the "Solana By Design" initiative and granting the Solana Foundation the right to nominate up to two directors.
