The Italian dominated with a flawless serve and precise groundstrokes, earning a record $6 million prize streamed live on Netflix. The previous highest payout was this year’s U.S. Open, which paid $5 million to Alcaraz, who beat Sinner in the final, and women’s champ Aryna Sabalenka. “I wish I could play like this everywhere,” Sinner said in his on-court interview. “This season we played many, many times and I also lost many times to Carlos.
