Official records indicate that the French financial markets regulator, the Autorité des marchés financiers (AMF), issued Relai a Crypto Asset Market Regulation (MiCA) license on Thursday. Founded in Zurich in 2020, Relai operates a pure Bitcoin platform, offering Bitcoin buying, selling, and storage services. It uses a self-custodial model, allowing users full control over their assets.
