June Lockhart, the legendary actor who starred in such classic TV shows as Lassie, Lost in Space and Petticoat Junction and films including Meet Me in St. Louis, has died.

Lockhart died on Oct. 23 at age 100 of natural causes in Santa Monica, Calif., according to Variety.

The screen icon was born June Kathleen Lockhart on June 25, 1925, in New York City.
