As Levy debuts its lineup of new food items across its league-leading 24 arenas, culinary teams in each city focused on unique local flare with creative twists on classics. “We work closely with our chefs and data experts to create menus that are on trend, while looking for ways to bring complex flavors and textures to classic arena fare,” Steve Dolinsky, known as Levy’s “food guy,” tells me. Part of that trend is relying on items, such as the growth of pistachio, which has a unique flavor and distinct color popular in today’s social media culture. “We’ve created special menu items like the Dubai chocolate milkshake at Rate Field and pistachio cream funnel cake at Dodger Stadium and we’re working on new applications in several arenas,” Dolinsky says. “Whether it’s ube or Basque cheesecake, we’re always on the hunt for trends to fuel our culinary innovation.” Some of the highlights of the new 2025-26 Levy menu across the NBA and NHL: AmericanAirlines Center, Dallas Mavericks/Dallas Stars Churros at American Airlines Arena.
