To support the ZEPH hard fork upgrade, MEXC has previously suspended ZEPH deposit and withdrawal services. To enhance the transfer experience, and at the request of the project team, the ZEPH deposit address will be changed after the upgrade is completed.
Please Note:
- Starting from June 15, 2025, 11:40 (UTC), deposits sent to the old deposit address will not be credited or refunded.
- After deposits resume, please make sure to generate a new ZEPH deposit address on the deposit page. The original deposit address is no longer valid. Do not transfer any funds to it to avoid potential asset loss.
- The exact time for resuming deposits will be announced separately. Please stay tuned to our official announcements.
- Transactions made before block height 481500 will require verification and confirmation before being credited. The crediting time will depend on the actual processing status.
