<title>Điều khoản và điều kiện</title><ul><li>Bằng cách tham gia sự kiện, người dùng được xem là đã đọc, hiểu và đồng ý với Điều khoản và điều kiện của sự kiện.</li><li>Tham gia sự kiện chỉ áp dụng cho tài khoản chính. Tài khoản phụ không thể tham gia như tài khoản độc lập. Khối lượng giao dịch và dữ liệu liên quan từ tài khoản phụ sẽ được gộp chung với tài khoản chính để tính toán cuối cùng.</li><li>Người dùng chỉ có thể nhận một phần thưởng cho cùng một loại sự kiện trên MEXC trong cùng một khoảng thời gian. Phần thưởng trùng lặp sẽ không được phân bổ.</li><li>Giá trị phần thưởng có thể biến động do điều kiện thị trường và có thể tăng hoặc giảm bất kỳ lúc nào. Event rules

• This event is open only to European users, excluding Portugal and Spain.

• Users must click the "Register Now" button on the event page to be eligible for the event.

• New users are defined as users who sign up on MEXC during the event period, or existing users whose total deposit is less than 100 USDT before the event starts.  

• Effective Feb 1, 2026 (UTC+8), all new users must complete mandatory KYC; UnKYC users will be limited to a 1,000 USDT deposit/withdrawal cap, with no transaction or page restrictions except in specific regions (ID, JP, IN, and certain CIS).

• Only net deposits will be counted. Net Deposit = Total Deposits − Total Withdrawals. Supported deposit methods include on-chain, fiat, and card deposits, P2P trading, and deposits via third-party channels. Internal transfers are not eligible.

• All Futures trades will count toward valid trading volume (open positions + closed positions), except trades on zero-fee pairs and stablecoin-margined trading pairs.

• Users who register multiple accounts using the same IP address will not be eligible to receive rewards.

• Rewards for Claw Machine will be distributed within 3 hours to 3 business days after quest completion. Rewards for the Supremacy Leaderboard will be distributed within 14 business days after the event ends.

• Physical rewards and token vouchers will be distributed within 14 business days after the event ends. Winners must complete the required form. Failure to do so will be deemed a forfeiture of the physical reward. If the form is not completed, the reward will be converted to USDT by default.

• All participating users must strictly abide by the MEXC Terms of Service. MEXC reserves the right to disqualify any participants who engage in dishonest or abusive activities during the event, including bulk-account registrations to farm additional bonuses and any other activities in connection with unlawful, fraudulent or harmful purposes.

• MEXC reserves the right to modify the terms of this event without prior notice.

Terms and Conditions

  • By participating in this event, users are deemed to have read, understood, and agreed to the Terms and Conditions of the event.
  • Participation in this event is limited to the main account only. Sub-accounts cannot participate as independent accounts. Trading volume and related data from sub-accounts will be combined with that of the main account for final calculations.
  • Users can only receive a single reward for the same type of event on MEXC within the same time period. Repeated rewards will not be issued.
  • The value of rewards may fluctuate due to market conditions and may increase or decrease at any time. MEXC is not responsible for any changes in reward value resulting from market volatility.
  • All reward winners are subject to MEXC's risk review prior to the distribution of rewards. Users who do not pass the review will not receive rewards, and rewards will not be reissued. MEXC retains the final decision on all matters of reward distribution.
  • During the event period, MEXC will monitor trading activity to detect and prevent any form of cheating or abnormal behavior, including but not limited to: creating multiple accounts, using another person's account or personal information, providing false KYC details, artificially inflating trading data, engaging in wash or laundering trades, violating the terms of the event, breaching local regulatory requirements, or engaging in any other unlawful, fraudulent, or harmful activities. If any such conduct is identified, MEXC reserves the right to disqualify users from receiving rewards.
  • This event does not constitute, and should not be regarded as, a recommendation or investment advice to buy or sell any products. Digital assets are speculative and highly volatile, and may become illiquid at any time. They are suitable only for investors with a high risk tolerance, and investors may lose the entire value of their investment. All participants are solely responsible for their own investment decisions, and MEXC is not liable for any losses incurred. All participants shall be bound by these revised terms. Where practicable, MEXC will endeavor to provide notice of material changes before they take effect. Where MEXC exercises any discretion under these terms, it shall do so in a reasonable manner.

  • In the event of any inconsistency or discrepancy between the English version and any translation, the English version shall prevail.
