Rep. Ro Khanna (D-CA) called on Attorney General Pam Bondi to expose the name of a "political figure" who competed against former Gov. Jeb Bush (R-FL) in the Iowa presidential caucuses. The name appeared in an email to Jeffrey Epstein, but was curiously redacted by the Justice Department.
"I saw this email at DOJ today. This is a political figure who shouldn't have been redacted. It's a direct violation of @RepThomasMassie and my Epstein Files Transparency Act," Khanna wrote in a Thursday post on X.
According to the email, the political figure "got more votes than Jeb Bush got in Iowa" and "only had one congressional district."
Some of the names floated on social media included Ted Cruz, Marco Rubio, Ben Carson, and Rand Paul.
Elon Musk's Grok AI chatbot suggested it could be Gwendolyn Beck who authored the email.
