Ether ETFs Log $796M Outflows in a Week, While MAGAX Presale Signals 200× Upside

Ethereum made headlines after spot Ether ETFs recorded five straight days of outflows, totaling almost $796 million in a single week. On just one day, over $248 million left these funds, showing how quickly investor sentiment can turn.

The pressure also hit the price. ETH slipped nearly 10% over the same period, dropping close to the $4,000 mark. For a coin that once thrived on explosive growth, this cooling trend shows how institutional flows are shaping its current market behavior.

Why ETF Outflows Matter for Ethereum’s Future

ETF products gave traditional investors an easy way into Ethereum, and early inflows built confidence. But a string of withdrawals now shows caution from bigger players. Some are taking profits, while others see little appeal without staking rewards.

The result is clear: institutions aren’t rushing to accumulate. For retail traders, this signals that Ethereum’s days of explosive 100× growth are likely over. It’s shifting into a slower, long-term store of value.

Retail Traders Shift Focus Toward Presales

While big money exits ETFs, retail traders are looking elsewhere. They want early-stage tokens where exponential growth is still possible. Presales are filling that demand. They offer low-cost entry points before tokens hit exchanges and attract wider attention.

This is where MAGAX is beginning to stand out. In just a short span, its Stage 2 presale has drawn rapid inflows and community buzz. For investors frustrated by ETH’s slowing upside, MAGAX presents a chance to re-enter the kind of growth window Ethereum offered in its earliest days.

MAGAX Blends Meme Culture With Utility

What separates MAGAX from countless presales is its design. It’s not built only on hype. Instead, it introduces a Meme-to-Earn model, powered by Loomint AI. Users can earn rewards by creating and sharing viral content, turning internet culture into a growth engine.

This model keeps momentum alive beyond the presale. Each meme fuels awareness, adoption, and value. For investors, that means MAGAX is structured to last longer than many meme coins that rise and fade quickly.

A Forecast of 200× Returns Catches Investors Attention

Analysts following presale trends are projecting MAGAX could deliver up to 200× gains if adoption continues at this pace. While such forecasts are speculative, they are not unrealistic when compared to past meme coin performances like DOGE or SHIB.

The key difference is timing. Ethereum is now dominated by institutions. PEPE and SHIB have matured. MAGAX, however, is still in its presale stage, offering the early entry that fuels outsized returns.

Stage 2 Presale: The Sweet Spot for Entry

With Stage 2 live, investors have a narrow window to secure MAGAX before prices rise in later stages. Entry is still affordable, and demand is climbing quickly. Missing this stage could mean paying a premium later or watching institutions take over the supply once listings go live.

For those who watched ETFs bleed nearly $800M in a week, the contrast is striking: outflows from Ethereum, inflows into MAGAX. It’s a reminder that opportunities shift fast in crypto, and being early often makes the difference.

MAGAX Opening Doors For Huge Opportunity

Ethereum remains a cornerstone of crypto, but its ETF outflows show that short-term excitement is fading. For retail traders seeking fresh momentum, presales like MAGAX offer a chance to step in where growth is still explosive.

The story is simple: institutions are pulling back, but retail energy is flowing into new opportunities. MAGAX’s Stage 2 presale embodies that shift — and for those searching for the next 200× play, this may be the moment to act.

The Channel Factories We’ve Been Waiting For

The post The Channel Factories We’ve Been Waiting For appeared on BitcoinEthereumNews.com. Visions of future technology are often prescient about the broad strokes while flubbing the details. The tablets in “2001: A Space Odyssey” do indeed look like iPads, but you never see the astronauts paying for subscriptions or wasting hours on Candy Crush.  Channel factories are one vision that arose early in the history of the Lightning Network to address some challenges that Lightning has faced from the beginning. Despite having grown to become Bitcoin’s most successful layer-2 scaling solution, with instant and low-fee payments, Lightning’s scale is limited by its reliance on payment channels. Although Lightning shifts most transactions off-chain, each payment channel still requires an on-chain transaction to open and (usually) another to close. As adoption grows, pressure on the blockchain grows with it. The need for a more scalable approach to managing channels is clear. Channel factories were supposed to meet this need, but where are they? In 2025, subnetworks are emerging that revive the impetus of channel factories with some new details that vastly increase their potential. They are natively interoperable with Lightning and achieve greater scale by allowing a group of participants to open a shared multisig UTXO and create multiple bilateral channels, which reduces the number of on-chain transactions and improves capital efficiency. Achieving greater scale by reducing complexity, Ark and Spark perform the same function as traditional channel factories with new designs and additional capabilities based on shared UTXOs.  Channel Factories 101 Channel factories have been around since the inception of Lightning. A factory is a multiparty contract where multiple users (not just two, as in a Dryja-Poon channel) cooperatively lock funds in a single multisig UTXO. They can open, close and update channels off-chain without updating the blockchain for each operation. Only when participants leave or the factory dissolves is an on-chain transaction…

Let insiders trade – Blockworks

The post Let insiders trade – Blockworks appeared on BitcoinEthereumNews.com. This is a segment from The Breakdown newsletter. To read more editions, subscribe “The most valuable commodity I know of is information.” — Gordon Gekko, Wall Street Ten months ago, FBI agents raided Shayne Coplan’s Manhattan apartment, ostensibly in search of evidence that the prediction market he founded, Polymarket, had illegally allowed US residents to place bets on the US election. Two weeks ago, the CFTC gave Polymarket the green light to allow those very same US residents to place bets on whatever they like. This is quite the turn of events — and it’s not just about elections or politics. With its US government seal of approval in hand, Polymarket is reportedly raising capital at a valuation of $9 billion — a reflection of the growing belief that prediction markets will be used for much more than betting on elections once every four years. Instead, proponents say prediction markets can provide a real service to the world by providing it with better information about nearly everything. I think they might, too — but only if insiders are free to participate. Yesterday, for example, Polymarket announced new betting markets on company earnings reports, with a promise that it would improve the information that investors have to work with.  Instead of waiting three months to find out how a company is faring, investors could simply watch the odds on Polymarket.  If the probability of an earnings beat is rising, for example, investors would know at a glance that things are going well. But that will only happen if enough of the people betting actually know how things are going. Relying on the wisdom of crowds to magically discern how a business is doing won’t add much incremental knowledge to the world; everyone’s guesses are unlikely to average out to the truth. If…
