Taylor Swift is one of the bestselling musical artists of all time. Her fans have helped turn the music industry back toward purchases after sales of both CDs and individual songs began to dry up when streaming platforms like Spotify and Apple Music took over the business.

Swift’s work sells well both on physical formats and digitally whenever she makes her music available. For the first several weeks her latest album The Life of a Showgirl was out in the world, people could purchase the full-length in its entirety, and individual tunes were not offered à la carte.

For a time, only lead single “The Fate of Ophelia” earned that honor. But as the blockbuster progresses in its lifespan, the singer-songwriter has finally unleashed all 12 tunes featured on its tracklist. This frame, several The Life of a Showgirl cuts debut on Billboard’s Digital Song Sales chart, adding to Swift’s already impressive run of bestsellers and demonstrating that even after more than a month of historic sales and huge streaming sums, there is still strong interest among her fans in owning not just the album, but the songs featured on it as well.

Taylor Swift Charts Four New Bestsellers at Once

Four tracks from The Life of a Showgirl debut on the Digital Song Sales tally this frame. “Elizabeth Taylor” is the highest-ranking new arrival, as it starts at No. 15. “Wish List” and “The Life of a Showgirl,” a collaboration with Sabrina Carpenter, are not far behind, as those cuts open at Nos. 17 and 18, respectively. “Ruin the Friendship” barely sneaks onto the roster, arriving in last place, at No. 25.

How Many Digital Song Sales Chart Hits Has Taylor Swift Claimed?

With several new bestsellers to her name, Swift increases her total number of wins on the Digital Song Sales tally. The singer-songwriter has pushed an incredible 190 tunes to the ranking. Included in that roundup are 96 top 10s, as well as a record-setting 30 No. 1s. That sum is almost twice as many as runner-up Nicki Minaj, who has thus far sent 17 compositions to the penthouse on the all-genre list.

“The Fate of Ophelia” and “Opalite” Continue to Lead

Swift fills half a dozen spots on the current edition of the Digital Song Sales tally as The Life of a Showgirl tracks arrive. “The Fate of Ophelia” runs the show again. As of this frame, the lead single from the singer’s album has earned five turns at No. 1, making it one of her longest-running rulers. “The Fate of Ophelia” has not relinquished control of the top spot since it debuted at No. 1 in late October.

Fellow The Life of a Showgirl standout “Opalite” is also a strong performer. “Opalite,” which seems like the second single from the album, dips from its all-time high of No. 3 to fifth place this week.

“The Fate of Ophelia” Leads a Quiet Sales Week

Luminate reports that in the most recent tracking week, “The Fate of Ophelia” suffered a 67% drop in purchases, but the track still easily leads all tracks in the U.S. “The Fate of Ophelia” sold 9,500 copies, almost twice as many as the runner-up, “Golden” from KPop Demon Hunters. That animated smash sold just under 5,000 copies during the same timeframe. “Opalite” managed almost 4,500 sales.

From “Elizabeth Taylor” to “Ruin the Friendship”

The difference between “The Fate of Ophelia” and “Elizabeth Taylor,” Swift’s highest-ranking debut, is notable, but the gap from “Elizabeth Taylor” to “Ruin the Friendship” is much smaller. “Elizabeth Taylor” opens with just under 2,000 purchases, while “Ruin the Friendship,” which closes out the Digital Song Sales chart this week, starts with just under 1,300 sales.

Fed’s 25bps cut sparks Bitcoin repricing: October breakout ahead?

The post Fed’s 25bps cut sparks Bitcoin repricing: October breakout ahead? appeared on BitcoinEthereumNews.com. Journalist Posted: September 18, 2025 Key Takeaways How is BTC reacting to the Fed’s rate cut? Bitcoin is grinding +0.72%, range-bound, with flows measured and a potential long squeeze in play. What’s setting up Bitcoin for year-end? Dovish Fed signals, seasonal tailwinds, and aligned macro flows keep BTC primed for a potential ATH. No parabolic moves, just Bitcoin [BTC] grinding +0.72% intraday as the FOMC delivers its first 25 bps cut of 2025. The tape is cautious, with range-bound action signaling traders are sitting tight. What’s the takeaway? Market participants are still sizing up Q4, with Fed Chair Powell’s mixed signals on future rate cuts keeping flows measured, as Matt Mena, Crypto Research Strategist at 21Shares, told AMBCrypto. “The cut itself was widely priced in – what mattered more was the Fed’s updated dot plot. Futures markets had been discounting only a 50% chance of 4–5 cuts through the end of next year.” He added, “While today’s 25bps cut provided the spark, it is the path implied by the dots – more than the cut itself – that may set the stage for Bitcoin to challenge new highs into year-end.” Fed’s dot plot shapes BTC’s long-term positioning Bitcoin traders are leaning on the Fed’s dot plot to size up positioning.  According to the latest projections, the Fed is signaling two more 25bps cuts by year-end, pushing the target range down to 3.50%–3.75% from 4.00%–4.25%. In short, Bitcoin’s long-term positioning remains dovish. Powell’s inflation caution capped the short-term squeeze, keeping the tape range-bound. Yet the dot plot shows most Fed officials leaning toward two more cuts, keeping BTC positioned to grind toward new highs by year-end. “The dots leaned more dovish, signaling the Fed is open to accelerating the pace of easing if conditions demand it. That repricing risk is now…
