Earlier this fall, Doja Cat released her highly anticipated fifth full-length album Vie. The set, which dropped in late September, has not turned out to be nearly as commercially successful as many of her previous efforts. In fact, despite the fact that the project’s lead single “Jealous Type” continues to perform well across a variety of Billboard charts, Vie itself disappeared some time ago – but that does not mean the singer and rapper does not appear on any album rankings in America.

Doja’s Planet Her continues to live on the Billboard 200, and as it holds on and finds space on the competitive albums tally once more, it brings the Grammy winner to a never-before-seen career milestone.

Doja Cat’s Planet Her Reaches a Major Milestone

Planet Her has now spent 208 weeks, or exactly four years, as one of the 200 most consumed albums in America. The title has only slipped off the Billboard 200 a few times, as it was released in the summer of 2021, and has largely lived on the competitive tally ever since.

Planet Her Climbs on the Billboard 200 – Again

This frame, Planet Her improves slightly, inching north from No. 181 to No. 175 on the Billboard 200. In the most recent tracking period, which is reflected on the current Billboard charts, Planet Her shifted just over 9,000 equivalent units, according to Luminate. That sum is made up almost entirely of streaming activity, as the project sold fewer than 200 copies, while the many hits featured on its tracklist collected well over 10 million plays on platforms like Spotify, Apple Music, and others.

Doja Cat Celebrates a Significant Billboard Win for the First Time

Doja reaches four years on the Billboard 200 for the first time as Planet Her makes it to that landmark number. It is one of only two releases by the superstar to spend triple-digit frames somewhere on the tally, as Hot Pink, which preceded Planet Her by a little less than two years, only needs one more turn before it celebrates three years on the chart.

Scarlet, Doja Cat’s most recent album before Vie, lived on the list for just over a year — 53 frames. Both Vie and Amala, her debut full-length, did not make it to double-digit frames.

What Singles Were Produced from Doja Cat’s Planet Her?

While Hot Pink helped Doja first become well-known in both hip-hop and pop music — and even earned the star her first No. 1 on the Hot 100 with “Say So” — it was Planet Her that turned her into a certified hitmaker. The full-length included five singles: “Kiss Me More” with SZA, “You Right” with The Weeknd, “Need to Know,” “Woman,” and “Get Into It (Yuh),” and three of them spent time inside the top 10 on the Hot 100.

Summer Walker’s “Go Girl” Gives Doja Cat New Hits

As Planet Her hits its special figure, Doja scores a new win on half a dozen Billboard charts. She is featured on the song “Go Girl” alongside Latto, which is fronted by Summer Walker and included on the R&B powerhouse’s latest album Finally Over It. “Go Girl” opens inside the top 10 on three tallies: the R&B Streaming Songs, R&B/Hip-Hop Streaming Songs, and Hot R&B Songs lists, launching at Nos. 4, 5, and 8 respectively.

The trio of women just barely misses the highest tier on the Hot R&B/Hip-Hop Songs ranking, where “Go Girl” enters at No. 11. The same collaboration also sneaks onto the Streaming Songs chart at No. 47 and brings all three stars to the Hot 100, as “Go Girl” opens at No. 60.

Doja Cat’s “Jealous Type” Continues Its Chart Run

While Vie may be missing from all Billboard charts, lead cut “Jealous Type” can still be found on multiple rankings. The tune dips below where Doja new Hot 100 win arrives, as “Jealous Type” falls to No. 67, while simultaneously holding at its all-time high on both the Hot Dance/Electronic Songs and Radio Songs charts, making a home again at Nos. 3 and 13 respectively.

Fed Decides On Interest Rates Today—Here’s What To Watch For

The post Fed Decides On Interest Rates Today—Here’s What To Watch For appeared on BitcoinEthereumNews.com. Topline The Federal Reserve on Wednesday will conclude a two-day policymaking meeting and release a decision on whether to lower interest rates—following months of pressure and criticism from President Donald Trump—and potentially signal whether additional cuts are on the way. President Donald Trump has urged the central bank to “CUT INTEREST RATES, NOW, AND BIGGER” than they might plan to. Getty Images Key Facts The central bank is poised to cut interest rates by at least a quarter-point, down from the 4.25% to 4.5% range where they have been held since December to between 4% and 4.25%, as Wall Street has placed 100% odds of a rate cut, according to CME’s FedWatch, with higher odds (94%) on a quarter-point cut than a half-point (6%) reduction. Fed governors Christopher Waller and Michelle Bowman, both Trump appointees, voted in July for a quarter-point reduction to rates, and they may dissent again in favor of a large cut alongside Stephen Miran, Trump’s Council of Economic Advisers’ chair, who was sworn in at the meeting’s start on Tuesday. It’s unclear whether other policymakers, including Kansas City Fed President Jeffrey Schmid and St. Louis Fed President Alberto Musalem, will favor larger cuts or opt for no reduction. Fed Chair Jerome Powell said in his Jackson Hole, Wyoming, address last month the central bank would likely consider a looser monetary policy, noting the “shifting balance of risks” on the U.S. economy “may warrant adjusting our policy stance.” David Mericle, an economist for Goldman Sachs, wrote in a note the “key question” for the Fed’s meeting is whether policymakers signal “this is likely the first in a series of consecutive cuts” as the central bank is anticipated to “acknowledge the softening in the labor market,” though they may not “nod to an October cut.” Mericle said he…
