The company developed AI-generated voice dubbing for workouts and meditations. The technology recreates the actual voices of all 28 Fitness+ trainers in Spanish, German, and Japanese. Hundreds of sessions get dubbed versions starting December 15.

New dubbed content releases each week. Users select their preferred language through the audio controller or app settings. The system automatically plays dubbed versions when available in the selected language.

K-Pop Music Crosses All Workout Formats

K-Pop joins the music lineup across all workout types. The genre features global hits from top artists and works with every exercise format. Other music options include Hip-Hop/R&B, Latin Grooves, Upbeat Anthems, and Latest Hits.

Fitness+ offers 12 workout types spanning five to 45 minutes. Options include Strength, Yoga, HIIT, Pilates, Dance, Cycling, Kickboxing, and Meditation. The service works on iPhone, iPad, and Apple TV.

Apple Watch displays live workout metrics on screen. Data includes heart rate, calories burned, and Activity ring progress. The Burn Bar shows how user effort compares to others who completed the same session.

Personalized Schedules and Artist Content

Custom Plans generate automatic workout schedules. The system considers user preferences for trainers, durations, music, and workout intensity. Three templates exist: Stay Consistent maintains routines, Push Further increases difficulty, and Get Started helps new users.

Artist Spotlight creates full workout playlists from single musicians. Current artists include Taylor Swift, Beyoncé, BTS, Selena Gomez, and Coldplay.

Time to Walk features audio episodes with notable guests. The newest episode stars Formula 1 driver Yuki Tsunoda. Previous guests include Naomi Campbell, Jane Fonda, Daddy Yankee, and Cynthia Erivo.

Collections organize workouts by specific goals or interests. Examples include Run Your First 5K, Pilates for More Than Your Core, and So Fresh! 90s Dance.

The meditation library contains 12 themes covering Calm, Sleep, and Sound. Sessions teach techniques for recharging and mindful moments.

Pricing stays at $9.99 monthly or $79.99 annually. One subscription covers up to five family members. Customers buying Apple Watch, iPhone, iPad, Apple TV, AirPods Pro 3, or Powerbeats Pro 2 from Apple receive three free months.

The service requires iPhone 8 or newer with iOS 16.1 or later. Apple Watch compatibility starts with Series 3 running watchOS 7.2 paired with iPhone 6s or later. Digital dubbing needs iOS 26.1, iPadOS 26.1, and tvOS 26.1.

Pound Sterling softens as traders eye BoE rate cut next week

The post Pound Sterling softens as traders eye BoE rate cut next week appeared on BitcoinEthereumNews.com. The GBP/USD pair trades in negative territory near 1.3365 during the early European trading hours on Thursday, pressured by the rebound in the US Dollar (USD). Nonetheless, the potential downside might be limited after the US Federal Reserve (Fed) delivered a rate cut at its December policy meeting. Traders brace for the US weekly Initial Jobless Claims report, which will be published later on Thursday.  Markets continue to digest the largely anticipated rate cut by the Fed on Wednesday. The US central bank reduced its key interest rate for the third time in a row at its December meeting but signaled that it may leave rates unchanged in the coming months. Two Fed officials voted to keep the rate unchanged, while Stephen Miran, whom Trump appointed in September, voted for a larger rate cut. During the press conference, Fed Chair Jerome Powell said central bankers need time to see how the three reductions this year work their way through the US economy. Powell added that he will closely examine incoming data leading up to the next meeting in January. The Fed’s economic projections suggested one rate cut will take place next year, although new data could change this. On the other hand, the prospect of the Bank of England (BoE) rate reductions could drag the Pound Sterling (GBP) lower against the Greenback. Financial markets are now pricing in nearly an 88% chance of the BoE rate cut next week after signs from economic data that inflation pressure has eased.  Pound Sterling FAQs The Pound Sterling (GBP) is the oldest currency in the world (886 AD) and the official currency of the United Kingdom. It is the fourth most traded unit for foreign exchange (FX) in the world, accounting for 12% of all transactions, averaging $630 billion a day, according to 2022…
