SEATTLE–(BUSINESS WIRE)–Aurelian, the AI platform built exclusively for emergency communications centers (ECCs) and public safety answering points (PSAPs), today announced the launch of Cora, an on-screen AI copilot designed to support 911 call-takers during live emergency calls. SNO911, which handles emergency communications for nearly 850,000 residents in Snohomish County, Washington, is one of the first agencies in the nation to deploy Cora.

Cora works side-by-side with 911 call-takers during live emergency calls to provide real-time guidance on every call. Its on-screen, heads-up display offers real-time transcription, automatically detects the incident type, and guides call-takers through agency-specific Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).

Acting like an “over-the-shoulder trainer,” the Copilot provides timely, context-aware reminders to ensure consistency while the human call-taker remains 100% in control. Cora is purpose-built to reduce the 911 call-taker’s cognitive load by surfacing the exact questions and actions required for each scenario, eliminating the need to reference binders or manuals during critical moments.

“911 telecommunicators are expected to be perfect on every single call,” said Max Keenan, CEO and founder of Aurelian. “With Cora, we’re giving them the tools they need to drive the best outcomes. This launch represents the future of emergency communications –AI augmentation to help telecommunicators do what they do best: save lives.”

Together, Ava and Cora help telecommunicators drive the best outcomes for their community on every call. Ava, Aurelian’s virtual assistant, automates non-emergency calls with zero-second hold times and supports over 35 languages. When Ava detects an emergency, all information (caller details, location, incident type, and key statements) automatically carries over into Cora’s live checklist and transcript, allowing call-takers to continue where Ava left off and save critical time. Cora’s customizable interface fits around existing CAD systems and matches each agency’s exact SOPs. Aurelian currently serves 35% of agencies in Washington State and automates 70% of non-emergency calls to save dispatchers an average of three hours per day.

During its pilot with SNO911 in Snohomish County, call-takers have used Cora’s compact on-screen design directly within their existing 911 workflow. Early results validate that Cora streamlines call intake, reduces screen switching, and helps call-takers maintain consistency and confidence under pressure.

“Our experience with Ava on non-emergency calls was outstanding, so we were eager to extend that success by deploying Cora to support our call takers,” said Kurt Mills, Director of SNO911. “Cora functions like a personal assistant for every call taker. It reduces cognitive load in a fast-paced, high-stakes environment and helps our team stay focused, accurate, and consistent while serving the community.”

Investors flock to IOTA miners in pursuit of stable returns

The post Investors flock to IOTA miners in pursuit of stable returns appeared on BitcoinEthereumNews.com. After securing a preliminary victory in its protracted legal battle with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC), XRP (Ripple) has once again become a market focus. Within hours of the announcement, on-chain data revealed a discreet transfer of 15,000,000 XRP. While this amount is not significant compared to whale-level holdings, its timing and context have nonetheless drawn market attention: some analysts believe it may be related to liquidity reallocation, adjustments to cross-border payment channels, or early institutional investment. At the same time, market attention is gradually shifting from short-term price fluctuations to more sustainable profit models. Following the XRP legal victory, a large number of small and medium-sized investors have chosen the IOTA Miner cloud mining platform as an alternative to hedge against volatility and achieve stable returns.
