Global Manager Group has launched its updated ISO 46001:2019 Awareness & Internal Auditor Training PPT Presentation Kit, providing organizations with ready-to-use materials to deliver water efficiency management system training. ISO 46001:2019 represents the first international standard dedicated specifically to water efficiency, offering a structured framework for establishing, implementing, maintaining, and continually improving a Water Efficiency Management System (WEMS). This development comes at a critical time as organizations worldwide face increasing pressure to manage water resources more effectively amid growing scarcity concerns.

The comprehensive training kit contains 239 editable PowerPoint slides organized into eight detailed modules covering all aspects of ISO 46001 implementation. These modules address water efficiency management concepts, system requirements, documented information, risk management, internal audits, audit records, and steps for ISO 46001:2019 implementation and certification. The materials are designed to help organizations implement ISO 46001 controls or train internal auditors before certification audits, with all content provided in plain English and editable Microsoft formats for customization.

Complementing the presentations are over 150 pages of trainer handouts providing comprehensive guidance on ISO 46001 concepts, documentation, risk assessment, audit processes, and forms. The kit also includes five case study and workshop documents, nine session and final exam files for evaluating training effectiveness, and a ready-to-use ISO 46001:2019 internal audit checklist organized by clauses and departments. Sample audit forms for audit plans, non-conformity reports, and clause-wise audit review reports are provided, along with a sample internal auditor training certificate that can be customized for participants.

Developed under the guidance of expert ISO 46001 consultants and trainers with more than 30 years of experience in management system implementation, auditing, and certification, this training kit ensures practical, accurate learning for internal auditors and employees. By using these materials, organizations can accelerate their internal audit readiness and certification process while ensuring training remains relevant and aligned with their specific processes. The editable nature of the content allows organizations to customize slides, add visuals, or translate materials into local languages as needed.

The soft copy of the ISO 46001 Auditor Training PPT kit is available for secure online purchase through the company’s official website at https://www.globalmanagergroup.com/Products/iso-46001-auditor-training-ppt-presentation. Upon successful purchase, users receive access credentials within 12 to 24 hours for online access to the editable kit via an FTP server link. This training solution represents a significant resource for organizations seeking to establish competent internal audit teams, strengthen water management controls, and support successful implementation of water efficiency management systems in alignment with international standards.

Top Solana Treasury Firm Forward Industries Unveils $4 Billion Capital Raise To Buy More SOL ⋆ ZyCrypto

The post Top Solana Treasury Firm Forward Industries Unveils $4 Billion Capital Raise To Buy More SOL ⋆ ZyCrypto appeared on BitcoinEthereumNews.com. Advertisement &nbsp &nbsp Forward Industries, the largest publicly traded Solana treasury company, has filed a $4 billion at-the-market (ATM) equity offering program with the U.S. SEC  to raise more capital for additional SOL accumulation. Forward Strategies Doubles Down On Solana Strategy In a Wednesday press release, Forward Industries revealed that the 4 billion ATM equity offering program will allow the company to issue and sell common stock via Cantor Fitzgerald under a sales agreement dated Sept. 16, 2025. Forward said proceeds will go toward “general corporate purposes,” including the pursuit of its Solana balance sheet and purchases of income-generating assets. The sales of the shares are covered by an automatic shelf registration statement filed with the US Securities and Exchange Commission that is already effective – meaning the shares will be tradable once they’re sold. An automatic shelf registration allows certain publicly listed companies to raise capital with flexibility swiftly.  Kyle Samani, Forward’s chairman, astutely described the ATM offering as “a flexible and efficient mechanism” to raise and deploy capital for the company’s Solana strategy and bolster its balance sheet.  Advertisement &nbsp Though the maximum amount is listed as $4 billion, the firm indicated that sales may or may not occur depending on existing market conditions. “The ATM Program enhances our ability to continue scaling that position, strengthen our balance sheet, and pursue growth initiatives in alignment with our long-term vision,” Samani said. Forward Industries kicked off its Solana treasury strategy on Sept. 8. The Wednesday S-3 form follows Forward’s $1.65 billion private investment in public equity that closed last week, led by crypto heavyweights like Galaxy Digital, Jump Crypto, and Multicoin Capital. The company started deploying that capital this week, announcing it snatched up 6.8 million SOL for approximately $1.58 billion at an average price of $232…
